THE VISION 

The Vision of Will Compton International ministry is to help pastors and local church leaders become the vehicle God uses to fulfill the Great Commission found in the book of Matthew Chapter twenty eight and verses nineteen and twenty, that states  ...teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you... The local church trains Christians at the grass roots level to become disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. This fulfills the job description of the five-fold ministry gifts Jesus gave to the church found in the book of Ephesians Chapter four and verse twelve that states, ...equipping the saints for the work of the ministry... God calls a pastor to lead each local church and train the people through the vision God has given him.

This is what frustrates many pastors, “How do I get the people to follow?”  And how do I get them to catch and keep my spirit? And what is the mystery key to having the people work for me instead of working against me?  All pastors pray "help me Lord turn the problem people in my congregation into mighty men and women helping me carry out what God has called me to do".  What is it that binds their hearts to the pastor and bonds their  loyalty to the vision of the house?

THE MISSION

Dr. Will Compton’s mission is to train the leaders of your local church to "CATCH THE SPIRIT OF THE PASTOR" creating supernatural unity.  Teaching local leaders Biblical Principles that will cause them to be Set, Joined, Established and committed to assist the vision God has given their Pastor.  Dr. Compton teaches local church leaders the art of Joining that establishes loyalty, faithfulness, and supernatural unity being one with your Pastor.  Revealing to the local leaders the principles of how God sets us in His body. 1 Corinthians Chapter twelve verse eighteen states ...God sets us in the body as it pleased Him.

For the last 10 years, Dr. Compton has been the guest speaker at conferences, bible colleges and local congregations, teaching Stewardship Seminars, Local Church Government, Success in Leadership, and principles of Flowing with your Pastor’s Vision. He is highly regarded for his visionary insight into pastoral ministry and is sought after for his knowledge of local church structure.

Also, Dr. Compton has dedicated the last ten years helping and assisting churches, pastors and local church leaders by developing local church government with Constitution and Bylaws, Tenets of Faith, Corporation Documents, Leadership Seminars and teaching material in the form of audio cassette tapes, CD’s, videos, books and manuals.
