Master Key #1 – Follow the Pattern Describes God’s plan for Moses, the first pastor to get ordained help to fulfill the vision God had placed in his heart. He sent individuals with supernatural giftings and talents to help him carry the load that is too big for him to carry all by himself. Master Key #2 – God Places the Pastor's Spirit on You God gets involved in the pattern and places Moses’ spirit upon 70 men. These 70 men genuinely have Moses’ spirit and are suppose to help him carry the load of the vision God gave to Moses. Master Key #3 – Losing the Heart of the Pastor All 70 of the men God placed the spirit of Moses upon, lost Moses’ spirit and died in the wilderness. This Master Key shows what took place that caused those who really had the heart of their pastor, to lose it and become enemies to the man they were called to support. Master Key #4 – Keeping the Pastor's Heart Dedication and faithfulness will be tested. God is the one who allows this test to come. This test proves the heart of the one who is called to support their pastor. It's the time test. Many local church people have the same characteristics of milk and wine. Milk supporters do good at first. Good color, good taste, good and cool under pressure and shaking, but after a little while that which was good, turns sour and curdles if not used soon because in time no matter what is going on, they will spoil. But thank God for Holy Ghost wine supporters, the longer they are around the better they get. Master Key #5 – Working on the Pastor's Dream Joseph’s dream that God gave to him was put on hold until Joseph became skilled in working on the dreams of others. When Joseph mastered working on the dreams of Potiphar, the butler, the baker, and Pharaoh then were his dream released. As in the life of Joseph, God has put a hold on the dreams of many men and women that God has called to work on the dream of their pastor. Until they become skilled working on the dreams of their pastor, their own dreams are left waiting. This Master Key shows Eph.6: 8 to be a reality to many. What you make happen to others, God makes happen to you. Master Key #6 – To Serve or Be Served, Why Did You Come? David learned from the life of Moses. His 70 elders lost his spirit and turned on him. David finds a Master Key that reveals hidden agendas and false motives. This Master Key defines the reason and true purpose why people come to support the pastor. Master Key #7 – Pastor and Sheep – The Unbeatable Team Just has God made woman for man. Not because one is better then the other. But that their differences compliment each other. God made pastors and sheep for each other. God has a tailor-made, custom- made pastor for every sheep. When Godly relationships come together they become the unbeatable team He intends to carry out the vision for each local body. Master Key #8 – My Pastor, A True Gift From God Paul said we have ten thousand instructors but not many fathers. There are five ministry gifts Jesus gave to the church, one being the pastor. Solomon wrote that we are taught many valuable truths from God by pastors and Jeremiah tells us in his writings that God sends pastors who are after the pastors heart to lead his people. This Master Key instructs the local church people on the great benefits of receiving and highly esteeming the pastor as a personal gift from God. This Master Key reveals the scriptural ----- that every one needs a pastor. Master Key #9 – Pastors Greatest Call! There are many so-called pastor experts in the local church. These “experts” put burdens on pastors that God does not intend his pastors to carry. Some people think a pastor should be the spiritual jack-of-all-trades. They think pastors are to do their praying, fasting, visiting, calling, and counseling. They put such a job description on their pastor that he does not have time to get alone with God to bring them a fresh word each week. The Master Key in this chapter gives the pastor his God-given job description from scriptures. God wants His pastors to get Godward so they can feed (a word that not only means providing spiritual food but also governing the people of God, and training the local people to do the work of the ministry). Master Key #10 – Pastor Delegate, Get Everyone Involved Pastors perform the great commission by getting everyone involved in the local church. Equipping and furnishing the saints to do the work of ministry. This Master Key gets the entire local body mobilized in the work of ministry. Many churches expect their pastor to do all the activities of ministry. There is a Master Key that will get your local people excited and participating in the ministry fulfilling the great commission Jesus gave to His church. Master Key #11 – The Pastor's Voice Jesus said that His sheep would know His voice. This Master Key helps the people of the local church develop the ability to know the voice of their pastor. God was calling Samuel but Samuel keeps running to Eli. The voice he was hearing sounded just like the voice of Eli. God’s voice sounds like the voice of the one that is training and equipping you. There are many voices today that have a lot of wonderful things to say to the body of Christ. Local church members must see the importance and value of the voice of their pastor. Master Key #12 – Pastor's Armor Bearers Many pastors have to carry the load of ministry alone. Sometimes the burden of the vision is so heavy that pastors fall. Supporters and helpers help carry the load. Every pastor needs armor bearers to assist. A Daily Prayer Guide For Your Pastor Paul says in Rom.8:26 that the Spirit of God prays for us according to the Will of God. We know that the Word of God is the Will of God. One of the most effective ways to pray is praying the Word of God. This daily prayer guide can be used by everyone in the local church for their pastor. It's great to cover your pastor each day with the Word of God.
